LLDPE Geomembrane
GeoSeal VLDPE Membrane is a geomembrane material which is made of very low density polyethylene and ensures impermeability in the projects such as tunnels, foundations, green roofs, ponds, acid pools, tank areas, water tanks and irrigation channels. Safe sealing joints are created through fusion welding. The rough types increase friction with geotextile surfaces over slope surfaces, and increase safety of the application.
Application and Usage Areas
By using a welder, the joints are combined with minimum workmanship. Thanks to single or double row welders produced by using the latest technology, it is possible to obtain a safe and controllable insulation. It has a wide range of applications with its Signal Layer and geotextile laminated types. With its flexible structure, it is also suitable for use in edge and narrow space applications.
- Water reservoirs
- Tunnel insulations
- Building foundations and curtain wall insulations
- Potable water tanks
- Ponds
- Irrigation channels
- Acid pools
- Tank areas
- Waste water treatment plants
- Pond projects
- Terrace and garden terrace roofs
- Metro stations
Advantages
- It is long-lasting thanks to its special raw material formulation.
- It is very flexible.
- It has high resistance and elongation values.
- It is resistant against chemical effects.
- It has high UV resistance thanks to its carbon black content.
- Thanks to the special welding method, the joints are resistant to air pressure, stripping and peeling.
Packaging and Storage
Materials are shipped in the form of rolls with width of 2-2.40 m and length of 25 -200 m.
Materials must be stored on a smooth surface. The stored products must be kept away from direct sunlight, heat and combustible sources. In case rolls must be stored outdoors for a long period of time, then the rolls must be covered for protection against sunlight. Smoking is forbidden in the storage area.
