GeoArme Geosynthetic Reinforced Wall is an alternative system to the traditional wall retaining system, reinforced concrete curtain and stone walls. GeoArme Geosynthetic Reinforced Wall is equipped with geogrid reinforcement with tensile strength of the ground behind the structure. Unlike conventional systems, this structure supports the lateral soil load with its tensile strength geogrid, not its own structural strength or weight.

In the calculations, the design life of GeoArme is taken as 120 years (AASHTO).

GeoArme Types

RetainBlock

RetainBlock Geogrid is used as the front faces of reinforced walls.
It is also used to create architectural retaining walls such as garden walls by using iron reinforcement to cover various types of retaining walls.

PotBlock

Angled walls are made by using the pot-shaped concrete blocks as the front face element and placing them by shifting back.
It is ensured that these blocks are greened by seeding by hand planting and placing vegetable soil in the pot spaces.

WrapMesh

In this type of walls whose faceplate is geogrid, the filling between the two carriers is held back by bundling the geogrid.
Until the geogrid becomes a carrier, steel mesh is used to keep the front surface during filling.

WrapBag

During the filling on the front surface, small geobags filled with vegetable soil are used as temporary support.
The main geogrids of the wall are left to a certain length and the bundle is formed by bending back after filling.
