Polyester Nonwoven Geotextile
Polyester Nonwoven Geotextile is a nonwoven textile product produced in white color by needling and applying thermal treatment to pure polyester fibers.
It serves as a continuous surface used to separate two different types of soil. It resists tensile forces distributed within the soil mass and functions as a reinforcement element.
Its filter properties can be used for pollution control. While preventing the passage of solid particles, it remains sufficiently permeable to liquids and gases. It provides both hydraulic and mechanical functions, acting as a protective and separating layer.
Applications and Usage Areas of Polyester Nonwoven Geotextile
Used in engineering applications between fill layers, it prevents the passage of fine particles while allowing water to pass through, serving as a filter in the following areas:
- Laid under foundations over soil with fine particles to prevent coarse fills from settling over time and to prevent coarse material from being contaminated by fines, thus preserving its engineering properties.
- In French drains
- Around perforated drainage pipes
- Behind retaining walls
- Under building foundations to protect waterproofing applications due to its pressure-distributing effect
- To protect geomembranes applied in open fields from punctures or damage caused by excessive friction
- In green roof systems as a protective layer, retaining water and moisture

6 m genişliğe kadar üretim imkanı ile büyük alanlarda minimum biniyle malzeme ve işçilik tasarrufu ile hızlı uygulama avantajı sağlar. - Üretim esnasında uygulanan ısıl işlem nedeniyle standart geotekstillere göre daha mukavimdir.
Malzemeler 1 ila 6m genişliğinde ve 30 ila 200m uzunluğunda rulolar halinde sevk edilir.
Malzemeler düz zeminde ve iç mekanlarda depolanmalıdır.
Depolanan ürünler direkt güneş ışığından, ısıdan ve tutuşturucu kaynaklardan uzak tutulmalıdır.
